First Step Creatives

First Step Creatives is a digital agency helping small and local businesses get online and run more efficiently, without enterprise-level costs. The team builds fast, mobile-responsive websites and landing pages — often launched within days — and pairs them with practical automation: lead follow-ups, appointment reminders, Google review requests, and customer engagement workflows that would otherwise eat up an owner's time.

First Step Creatives works with restaurants and cafes, education centers, real estate agents, beauty and wellness businesses, event planners, and general service providers across Sabah and Malaysia. Alongside template-based and custom-designed websites, the team offers standalone automation tools such as lead follow-up sequences and membership renewal reminders. Every project includes a free business audit covering website performance, online presence, and automation opportunities specific to that business.

For Sabah business owners who want a professional online presence and less manual admin work, First Step Creatives offers a clear, transparent path to get there — from first website to fully automated customer follow-up.
