Updates to our Privacy Policy and Terms
From 31 October 2026 we'll use session recordings to find and fix problems on the site: anything you type is hidden, admin and document pages are never recorded, recordings are deleted after 30 days, and you can turn them off with "Decline" in the cookie banner. We've also changed how we announce future policy updates (here and on the policy pages, rather than by email) and tidied up our Terms so they say the Verified checkmark is free.
